This 12-hour workshop introducing the concept of temperament and its impact on our daily lives, our work and our relationship. The participant will learn about 5 basic temperament with their core values, needs and characteristics. By the end of the workshop the participants will know their own temperament and how to establish a life plan to help meet their personal temperament needs in healthy ways.

Learning to lead from your natural leadership style

Understanding how temperament affects you leadership. Discovering your natural leadership style and the setting with will be most nature to your unique temperament combination.

Putting people in the right job is a challenge. This workshop focuses on the different temperament and how they work together. This workshop will help you organize your team. Knowing your team members and what they need at a fundamental level will help increase productivity and a positive work environment. 

It’s important to remember that the enemy of our soul is a liar and cannot create anything; he can only distort what God created as good. 

This workshop helps us see the beauty of how God designed us and show us how to defend ourselves against the enemy’s schemes. 

Leadership and staff retreats allow more time for leaders and their team members to analyze how their temperament affects each member's leadership and team interaction and development growth strategies. Discovering each team member's innate strengths, core values, and needs promotes mutual understanding and unity

Student may request a private consultation with a licensed temperament counselor to review their Arno Profiling System (APS) result 

All students are required to complete the Arno Profiling System questionnaire.
