What is the Original Design?
A 2 day workshop introducing the concept of temperament and its impact on our perception of ourselves and others, our natural leadership style and our love language.
The participants will learn about 5 basic temperament with their core values, needs and characteristics.
By the end of the workshop the participants will ...
- gain a deeper understanding of their own behaviors and reactions.
- gain a deeper understanding of the behavior and reactions of others.
- Have a basic understanding of temperament.
- Learn strategies for meeting the needs of their temperaments in healthy ways.
- Gain understanding of the characteristics and needs of other temperaments, which can be used to improve the quality of professional and/or personal relationships.
- Have a greater appreciation of people who have different temperaments, understanding how the differences bring balance to all of the contexts of live-- home, work, church, social setting and more.
